1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the Elevate Socials website and the free discovery calls we offer. By using this site or booking a call, you agree to them.
2. Discovery calls
Discovery calls are free, 30-minute conversations to understand your goals. They do not create a contract for paid services. If we decide to work together, a separate written agreement will cover deliverables, fees, and timelines.
3. Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule or cancel your discovery call any time using the link in your confirmation email. We appreciate at least a few hours' notice where possible.
4. Communication
By submitting a form or booking a call, you agree to receive email communication related to that enquiry (confirmation, reminders, follow-up). We do not add you to marketing lists without consent.
5. Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, design, imagery, and branding — belongs to Elevate Socials and may not be copied or reused without permission.
6. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". While we work hard to keep it available and accurate, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or specific business outcomes from a discovery call.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elevate Socials is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a discovery call.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Ireland.
